We are looking for a full-time Group Coordinator, based in LATAM,  with personable communication skills, fluent in English, and a strong work ethic to join our team, to assist with the operation, process and coordination.
 

Position Requirements

  • Build relationships within organization (resorts/travel agents/sales representatives)
  • Manage all points of the group from point of contracting until the group is confirmed
  • Ensure all group deadlines such as deposit, final payments, and rooming lists are met
  • Assist with amendments/addendums for group contracts
  • Learn and understand the product of each hotel vendor•
  • Provide consistent, dependable, and accurate follow through with responsibilities to successful completion
  • Gather appropriate level of information needed to make decisions
  • Escalate issues to upper management when appropriate


Requirements

  • Must be very detailed oriented
  • Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English language.
  • Travel experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team oriented
  • Must be comfortable with some repetition in position while still maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and demonstrate good time management
