About the Role
We are seeking a Product Coordinator (Contract) to support product operations, supplier initiatives, and internal coordination through structured deliverables and project-based work.
This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Supplier Reporting & Promotions
- Develop monthly and final reports on supplier promotions, including performance summaries and insights
- Maintain documentation of active promotions and associated deliverables
- Provide structured reporting to support evaluation of supplier initiatives
Training & Partner Coordination
- Develop a Quarterly Newsletter
- Keep and organize Product Back-up yearly to ensure all Product specific actions within Co-op are fulfilled
- Assist with incoming inquires about potential partnerships and website exposure
- Help facilitate Familiarization trips with partners and agents
Content & System Updates
- Maintain and update product-related content within internal systems (e.g., DestiWiki)
- Ensure supplier materials and information remain accurate and up to date
Marketing & Communication Support
- Prepare and distribute quarterly agent-facing newsletters
- Organize and communicate product updates to support internal teams and sales efforts
Project-Based Support
- Support execution of key initiatives such as vendor onboarding, promotional campaigns, and FAM trip coordination
- Deliver assigned project outcomes within agreed timelines
Work Structure & Availability
The contractor maintains control over their own work schedule and is responsible for managing their time to meet agreed-upon deliverables and deadlines.
Due to the collaborative nature of this role, the contractor is expected to maintain consistent availability during standard Eastern Time business hours (approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET) to support ongoing communication, project coordination, and timely delivery of work.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (required for daily collaboration with U.S.-based team and partners)
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage deliverables
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with vendors, reporting, or marketing coordination preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
