JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Communications Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. This role involves directly supporting the senior leadership team, particularly the Founder and CEO. If you're eager for your next challenge, Unicoin offers a great opportunity to grow your career.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage communications for the Founder and CEO, including phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Oversee the executive’s calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents and materials for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the executive, ensuring alignment with their communication style and business objectives.
  • Monitor media and campaign coverage, providing relevant updates to the executive.
  • Attend internal and external events to support the executive as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Over 5 years of experience in communications, administrative support, or executive assistant roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must. .
